These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and pg33 ("pg33," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pg33 platform available at https://pg33.asia, including all games, products, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering for a pg33 account, logging in, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager of any kind on pg33, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and pg33.

To register and maintain an active account on pg33, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not permitted to hold pg33 accounts.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access and participate in online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have voluntarily submitted through the pg33 responsible gaming system, PAGCOR's exclusion registry, or any equivalent program.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pg33 or any entity that provides games, software, or operational services to pg33.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All gameplay and wagering on pg33 must be conducted solely for your own account and in your own name.

Each eligible individual may register and hold exactly one (1) pg33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, names, phone numbers, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a current Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg33 account credentials, including your username and password. pg33 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pg33 support immediately via the live chat service.

3.3 Non-Transferability

Your pg33 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, rented, lent, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances. pg33 reserves the right to close any account that appears to have been transferred or operated by a person other than the registered holder.

pg33 is required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals. This "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process is mandatory and non-waivable.

Accepted Philippine government-issued identity documents for KYC verification include: Passport, Driver's License (LTO), PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, PRC Professional ID, and COMELEC Voter's ID. pg33 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of address or source of funds, particularly for members requesting large withdrawals or triggering regulatory thresholds.

pg33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, freeze account balances, or close an account pending completion of KYC. Members who fail to complete KYC within the time period specified by pg33 may have their account restricted or closed and any undisputed balance returned via the original deposit method after the statutory retention period.

All deposits on pg33 are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pg33 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at pg33's discretion.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your pg33 wallet in real time under normal processing conditions. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on the originating bank's internal clearing schedules. pg33 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and bank accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

pg33 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed on the Platform at the time of deposit.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to the payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in the member's name.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. pg33 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for standard members and on an expedited basis for higher VIP tier members. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving bank's settlement schedule.

pg33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to requests that exceed standard thresholds, requests from accounts that have not completed KYC, or requests made shortly after account details have been updated.

Bonus balances and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

pg33 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, VIP loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members who have completed account registration and email/mobile verification. Some promotions are restricted to members who have also completed KYC.
• Each promotion is available once per member, household, device, IP address, payment method, and physical address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• All bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any related funds are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• pg33 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses are a discretionary benefit, not a contractual entitlement.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses, including through arbitrage, collusion, or use of artificial wagering patterns, will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games offered on pg33 operate according to their individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in the associated game information panel. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error that interrupts an active game round, pg33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome in accordance with the game's recorded state at the point of interruption. If resolution is not possible, affected wagers will be refunded to the member's account at pg33's discretion. pg33's determination of the correct resolution for interrupted game rounds is final.

pg33 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, fraudulent activity, or any other circumstance that renders the result unreliable. Members will be notified of voided bets and affected stakes will be returned.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the on-screen dealer and the outcomes captured by the game's camera and data systems are final, subject to any applicable review procedures stated in the specific game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pg33 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or obtaining multiple bonus allocations;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to interact with pg33 games, place bets, or otherwise operate your account in an automated manner;
• Colluding with other players or dealers to influence game outcomes in any game type, including live dealer games, poker, or any multi-player format;
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or RNG irregularities to gain an unfair advantage. Suspected bugs must be reported to pg33 support immediately; failure to report and continued exploitation is a breach of these Terms;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other use of pg33 for illegal financial activity. pg33 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities;
• Providing false identification documents during KYC or any other verification process;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward pg33 staff, support agents, or other members in any chat or communication channel on the Platform;
• Attempting to access or tamper with pg33's servers, databases, software, or any component of its technical infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances at pg33's discretion, and may be reported to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

pg33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without advance notice where pg33 reasonably determines that:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The account is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder;
• pg33 is required to do so by applicable law, PAGCOR regulation, or court order;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to pg33, other members, or the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pg33 may forfeit all or part of the account balance, including deposits and winnings, after completing any investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to member fault — for example, due to pg33 ceasing operations in a particular territory — any undisputed real-money balance will be returned to the member via the original deposit method.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pg33 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course prior to closure.

pg33 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling among its membership. Every pg33 account includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your pg33 wallet;
• Session time limits: Configurable reminders and hard stops on the duration of any single gambling session;
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time elapsed during an active session;
• Cool-off periods: Temporary account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which real-money gambling is suspended;
• Self-exclusion: Permanent account closure with a minimum re-application period, removing the member from all pg33 marketing communications and preventing re-registration for the exclusion period.

pg33 enforces a minimum age of 21 years strictly and conducts age verification through mandatory KYC. Members who exhibit patterns consistent with problem gambling may be proactively contacted by pg33's responsible gaming team and offered appropriate resources and support.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by pg33 is governed by the pg33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. You should review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering for a pg33 account.

In summary, pg33 collects personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and provide customer support. pg33 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

All content on the pg33 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game content, graphics, text, user interface elements, audio, and visual materials, is the exclusive property of pg33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pg33.

The pg33 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pg33. Unauthorized use of any pg33 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses.

pg33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pg33 shall not be responsible for any loss arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, pg33's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pg33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

pg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pg33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered members via email or in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting pg33 support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and pg33, you are encouraged to first contact pg33 support to seek an informal resolution. pg33 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute promptly and fairly.

If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable time, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For matters within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedure shall apply.
